Refund and Returns Policy for BAITOPIS

At BAITOPIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your headwear, we offer a clear and simple return and refund policy. Please read the details below to understand how to return or exchange your items.

1. Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must not be a sale or clearance item, which are non-returnable.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@baitopis.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the product.
  4. If eligible, we will issue a refund or process your exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective).

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship out the exchanged item(s) at no additional cost, provided that the item is in stock. If the exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@baitopis.xyz. We will arrange for a return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
